The checkout redirects to a static delivery page; the PDF is not emailed automatically. If you closed the page before saving the file or later lost it, email larrytoddwilson@gmail.com from the purchase email address and include the Stripe receipt number. Recovery and resend are manual.
Do not send card details. A receipt number and matching purchase email are sufficient for a recovery check.

Your purchase is one edition. Corrections and revisions to that edition are free and arrive automatically. When the research changes enough to make a new edition, that is a new purchase. No refunds are available.
