Verification package — Language of Fear publication slate, RevB

Current-status pointer — August 15, 2026: This package preserves the August 14 decision-stage verification and the three outside readings’ original READY WITH NAMED CONDITIONS status. It is not implemented-package certification. Current facts, route assignments, condition dispositions, and correction pointers are reconciled in PUBLICATION_RECORD_RECONCILIATION_2026-08-15.md; implemented-package review remains a later release task.

Prepared: 2026-08-14
Purpose: deliver the evidence for Larry Todd Wilson’s publication decisions and record their resolution. Supersession: this RevB package replaces the earlier blanket NOT READY conclusion. The earlier package remains a provenance record but must not be relied on for readiness.

Conclusion

The three outside readings remain READY WITH NAMED CONDITIONS. Larry Todd Wilson has now resolved the authorial conditions. The slate is decision-complete but not yet certified for public announcement: report reconciliation, product implementation, public-route checks, and a 48-hour end-to-end soft-launch test remain.

The coherent slate is:

1. the existing first manuscript as the understanding layer;
2. the already-live Warning Exchange as a bounded trial and practice-support instrument;
3. ratified RevB as the standalone practice layer, titled How to Receive and Give Warnings Without Surrendering Judgment, by Guptajyotiḥ;
4. the research report, 36-row worksheet, verification record, verbatim outside readings, and condition-resolution record as a public evidence package after current-status reconciliation;
5. separate $24 PDF purchase, with no launch bundle or automatic existing-buyer entitlement.

The other inventory entries are feeders, internal governance, provenance, archives, unavailable objects, superseded plans, or conditional ideas. A possible Conditional Knowledge book remains internal and unpromised.

Completion record

What changed from the first package

1. No nonexistent new-artifact checkout is being paused. The homepage contains no offer for the new or planned artifacts. The first manuscript’s direct book page is an existing, separate offer and is not a reason to stop this slate.
2. The Aug-13 Field Note is historical, not false. The second manuscript was assembled Aug-14. Larry has ruled that this Field Note remains unchanged; a separate new Field Note will explain the two offerings.
3. Internal staleness is conditional. The research report, register, calibration materials, graph, and other records require updating only if selected for publication or used to support a current public claim.
4. The outside-review gap is closed. Three independent ChatGPT Project readings were obtained. All three returned READY WITH NAMED CONDITIONS.
5. The Warning Exchange version defect is closed. TLOF-WE-0.2 is aligned in the governing instructions, visibly labeled on the public page, deployed, returned by the live endpoint, and enforced by 18 passing tests.
6. Teaching procedure is not proof of skill acquisition. The second manuscript teaches a four-mode procedural curriculum. The Exchange supports practice. Neither establishes that readers acquire automatized human procedural knowledge.

Three independent outside readings

Seat 1 — reader value and conceptual clarity

Verdict: READY WITH NAMED CONDITIONS.

The reader-value seat found a coherent two-book structure: the first manuscript supplies the conceptual map, and the second converts it into Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing practices. It recommended treating the report as a dated research note and keeping most technical records internal. Its named conditions concerned publication control: exact masters, titles, edition language, authorship presentation, distinct promises for the two books, and verified delivery claims.

Evidence limit: the exact local RevB and current reader PDF were not available inside that cloud Project seat. The local repository does contain canonical RevB, but it still awaits Larry’s ratification. The seat’s “missing master” language therefore means “unavailable to that reviewer,” not “absent from the repository.”

Seat 2 — trust, evidence, and claim discipline

Verdict: READY WITH NAMED CONDITIONS.

The trust seat found that the first book and Exchange do not need withdrawal; full empirical validation does not block publication if the work remains a book and reflective practice and does not promise diagnosis, safety, therapeutic effect, or demonstrated skill acquisition. It required exact identity/ratification for RevB, current evidence for any existing-buyer access claim, a dated revision before report restoration, and bounded language for Exchange capability.

The seat raised a potential commerce-copy issue from older Project copy. Direct inspection of the live book page found narrower current language: “Every load-bearing claim passed an editorial claims review against primary sources; the record of what was verified, corrected, and left honestly open ships inside the book.” This no longer claims an open report or online register. Whether “passed” should be narrowed further is a copy-precision decision for the existing first-book page, not a blocker to the new slate.

Seat 3 — publication sequence and civic grammar

Verdict: READY WITH NAMED CONDITIONS.

The publication seat found the actual sequence straightforward: Larry ratifies the second manuscript and its title; rules whether it replaces, succeeds, or accompanies the first; confirms buyer entitlement and access; then publishes the manuscript and succession notice together. Report restoration and the pointing piece are separate conditional publications and should not delay the second manuscript.

It judged W2 the stronger announcement carrier. It rejected wording that says buyers “own the Warning Exchange,” because the Exchange is open to everyone, and rejected the opaque phrase “Access will move.”

Shared findings

All three seats agree that:

• the slate has a coherent understanding → practice structure;
• the second manuscript is the central decision object;
• the research report should not be restored unchanged;
• internal technical materials are not automatic public blockers;
• the Exchange’s tests establish implementation conformity, not beneficial human effects;
• teaching a procedure is not evidence of acquired procedural competence;
• the final standing is READY WITH NAMED CONDITIONS;
• Larry’s ratification, naming, relationship, and succession decisions are the true present gates.

W1 — Understanding

This is context, not a prerequisite that must delay a ratified second manuscript.

1. Keep the existing first manuscript as the foundation without retitling or requiring a “Declarative Knowledge” label.
2. Use the declarative/procedural distinction only where it helps explain the books’ relationship.
3. Publish the research report only after a dated status revision, citation check, and current route decision.
4. Publish the complete worksheet and verification record with the reconciled evidence package.

W2 — Practice

1. Quietly publish the new book, evidence package, and working purchase/delivery paths.
2. State the four modes: Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing.
3. State that the book is a separate $24 purchase; remove the earlier no-second-purchase claim.
4. Keep the Warning Exchange open as a one-message practice-support instrument; do not describe it as proof of skill acquisition.
5. Treat the earlier companion promise as fulfilled and superseded by the new book.
6. After 48 hours of successful end-to-end testing, make one public announcement.

W3 — Trust

The following materials are selected for public use:

1. the reconciled research report;
2. the complete 36-row worksheet;
3. the verification package;
4. the three verbatim outside readings with their ChatGPT Project assignments disclosed;
5. the condition-resolution record.

W4 — Conditional

A possible Conditional Knowledge volume remains an internal possibility. It is not a public promise or launch commitment.

Hold/internal

The research corpus, companion feeders, gated guide/tool, private practice card, superseded architecture, draft classification, redistribution map, disclosure pathway, private voice signature, licensing screen, IPMP records, and render archives remain internal unless individually selected. The absent graph render, stranded Shepherd draft, and lost seed document remain unavailable rather than inferred.

Announcement self-test and corrected ruling

Both W1 and W2 were submitted to the live Warning Exchange in Giving mode. Both returned resultKind: expression and register: accountable-expression; their substantive cores survived.

That result does not make the drafts publication-ready by itself. The outside readers supplied the missing public-language judgment.

W1 ruling

Do not use W1 as the release announcement. It announces two unfinished actions—the restored report and the pointing guide—and sounds like an internal work order. Preserve it for the eventual evidence/understanding page if Larry authorizes those publications.

W2 ruling

W2 remains the better structural carrier, but its free-entitlement language is superseded and must not be published.

The final announcement must say that the new standalone book is a separate $24 PDF purchase, that it delivers procedural knowledge, that the Warning Exchange remains free and public, and that the complete evidence package—including three independent ChatGPT Project readings—is available. Publish it only after the working offer has passed the 48-hour soft-launch test.

Decisions entered by Larry Todd Wilson

All authorial and publication-policy decisions surfaced in this package are resolved in AUTHORITATIVE_DECISION_RECORD_2026-08-14.md. That record controls over conflicting proposals in earlier packets.

Remaining implementation gate

No authorial ruling remains. Public announcement requires:

1. render and inspect the final PDF from canonical RevB;
2. reconcile the report, worksheet, verification package, outside readings, and condition-resolution record for public release;
3. build and verify the separate product, checkout, delivery, recovery, and policy paths;
4. verify separate product pages, main-site placement, links, mobile presentation, and the visible TLOF-WE-0.2 label;
5. pass the 48-hour soft-launch test; and
6. publish the corrected announcement and a separate new Field Note explaining the two offerings; leave the August 13 Field Note unchanged.
