## How to read the two records

The Version 0.5 report remains evidence of what the project could responsibly say in July 2026. Its dated statements and future-tense product implications are not silently converted into present-tense claims. The generated report page places a clearly dated current-status preface before the unchanged historical fragment and points readers to the current evidence package.

## Current product and evidence distinctions

- The completed existing book is primarily concerned with declarative knowledge.
- The procedural-book candidate delivers procedural knowledge.
- They are separate and complementary; neither replaces the other.
- The Warning Exchange remains free and public.
- The historical report remains a research foundation, not an implemented-package certification.
- The three August 14 outside readings retain their verbatim **READY WITH NAMED CONDITIONS** verdicts and are not represented as reviews of the later implemented package.

## Source-closure relationship

The report citation log records identity, locator, and bounded claim fit for each selected reference family. The separate first-book closure log records six release-source flags and their dispositions. Historical open-item language preserved in outside readings or chronological registers remains provenance, not a present open source check.

## Record ruling

This correction record is additive. It does not alter the 20,194-byte historical fragment, its selected references, or any outside reviewer’s words.
