Decision worksheet — Language of Fear publication slate, RevB

Current-status pointer — August 15, 2026: This 36-row worksheet preserves the August 14 decision-stage state and anchor. Current implementation status, exact public facts, route assignments, and correction pointers are reconciled in PUBLICATION_RECORD_RECONCILIATION_2026-08-15.md; task evidence is in PUBLICATION_RELEASE_LEDGER_2026-08-15.md. Do not read a historical “pending” cell here as superseding those dated records.

Purpose. Put the thirty-six identified artifacts into one publication-control surface. Larry Todd Wilson’s rulings are now entered. This worksheet distinguishes a resolved authorial decision from completed implementation and verified public readiness.

Current anchor. Local repository commit 62bd9e2; the Warning Exchange is deployed as TLOF-WE-0.2 and its local test suite passes 18/18.

Corrected sequence

  1. Prepare: render row 6 under the ratified title and author identity; build its separate $24 product, checkout, delivery, and recovery paths.
  2. Evidence: reconcile and publish rows 7–8 with this worksheet, the verification package, all three verbatim outside readings, and the condition-resolution record.
  3. Place: give the existing book and new book separate pages and feature both independently on the main site; keep row 3 free and public.
  4. Soft launch: verify payment, delivery, recovery, policy consistency, public evidence, links, mobile display, and TLOF-WE-0.2 for 48 hours.
  5. Announce: publish row 36 once, publicly, after the soft launch passes; publish a separate new Field Note explaining the two offerings and leave row 4 unchanged.
  6. Hold/internal: row 13 remains internal; row 14 is superseded; rows 33–35 are not launch promises; other internal, archival, and unavailable material retains its assigned status.
