Purpose: preserve the reviewers’ judgments while distinguishing resolved decisions from unfinished implementation.
Status key
- RESOLVED: Larry Todd Wilson has ruled the issue or the verified artifact already closes it.
- SPECIFIED: the required result is decided, but implementation or direct verification is still required.
- PENDING: work or evidence remains before public release.
- HELD: deliberately excluded from the launch slate.

Current standing
The named authorial conditions are resolved. The package is not yet certified for public announcement because the report reconciliation, public evidence audit, product implementation, and 48-hour end-to-end test remain pending.
The final transition to READY must be evidence-based:
- every PENDING or SPECIFIED release item above is completed and linked to direct evidence;
- the 48-hour soft-launch test passes without an unresolved purchase, delivery, access, policy, or link defect;
- the verification package is updated with dates and public routes; and
- the announcement is checked against the authoritative decision record immediately before publication.
This record does not alter the outside reviewers’ original words. It records what their conditions require and whether the present package has actually satisfied them.
